be a member or you break through security, a park inside the
ground might be available. Otherwise you have to park and
hike through the dirt (most times mud) to the
entrance. The big hill surrounding
turn one is always popular, close to exit, pits, food and
toilets. Probably at turn 3, although
as you can see all of the track from any position, it
doesn't really matter. The exit of turn 2 is a good
spot to see the cars work at a quick speed. Turn 3 once again, although
turn 6 is slow, but a bit further away from the
action. Yes, with 4 temporary
grandstands around the track. These cost a bit of money at
the big meetings. Depending on meeting, with
some special deals including QLD 500/Indy tickets, free

easy to navigate and close to the pit lane. The best food and drinks are
at the boundry between the pits and the hill (near the
control tower). The best permanant
facilities are next to the food/drink stall at the end of

you can see the track from in the rain. Gets very cold at winter in
this area at dusk in winter time. Depending on exact length,
try the northern end of the circuit (turns3 or 6) or turn
